Your mission
As the Product Manager for our Athlete Ecosystem, you will be at the forefront of shaping the digital experience for the world's top athletes. Your mission
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and long-term strategy for the athlete ecosystem. Define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives to deliver a cohesive and intuitive experience for athletes, agents, coaches, and internal teams
- Athlete Lifecycle Management: Design and optimize the digital journey for athlete onboarding and off-boarding. Create streamlined workflows for contract management, product allocation, and access to On’s resources, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

- 5+ years of experience in product management in a fast paced technology environment
- A proven track record of shipping successful products, from concept to launch.
- Experience in developing and managing ecosystems, platforms, or complex data-driven products.
- A deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into a clear product strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of the needs of elite athletes is a strong plus.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for product planning and documentation.
