We are working with a long-established client who are looking for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to join the team in their London office. Successful candidates must be fully bilingual in English / Spanish with the ability to draft legal documentation into both languages.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing business where as legal counsel you will be expected to manage a range of cross-border corporate and commercial matters including M&A, commercial contracts such as MSAs, licensing, framework and distribution arrangements as well as customer/supplier agreements, IP and some regulatory matters too.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer coming from an international or national law firm with some in-house experience.
