The Legal team at Omaze is responsible for protecting the company’s interests while enabling the business to move quickly, responsibly, and compliantly.
We’re looking for a Legal & Operations Analyst to support the Legal team with hands-on legal work while continuously improving how legal operations are run across the business. You’ll work closely with teams such as Marketing, CX and Product, support data privacy and international legal research, and help manage risk in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment. You’ll also take ownership of legal and legal operations projects that help the team scale effectively.

You’ll also take ownership of legal and legal operations projects that help the team scale effectively.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a first point of contact for legal queries from the business, including from Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience working with legal teams, ideally within a fast-growing, tech-enabled business.
- You have working knowledge of and a strong interest in automation, legal tech, and AI, and you are curious about using those tools to improve how legal teams operate.
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with non-legal stakeholders.
