Our client seeks an aspiring lawyer who is keen to learn, develop, grow and qualify within the retail side of financial services. They will support you to qualify while working for them.
You will provides legal, governance and secretariat support and be central to day‑to‑day governance operations.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate Board and committee meetings
• Draft minutes and maintain governance records
• Support contract drafting and legal research
• Maintain programme trackers and dashboards
Experience
• Law graduate / trainee / junior lawyer
• Strong organisation and drafting skills
The role is fully remote and will require someone comfortable working in that environment.
