We’re Hiring | Mandarin / Cantonese Speaking Lettings Negotiator
Location: Tower Hill, London
Reports to: Lettings Director
We are a boutique independent estate agency based in Tower Hill, St Katherine Docks, specialising in high-end residential lettings across Central London.
Our portfolio spans Zone 1 to Zone 3, with monthly rents ranging from £2,500 to £25,000, including a strong selection of premium homes, luxury developments, and high-spec residences across some of London’s most desirable locations.
We are now looking for an experienced Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who:
• Has experience in London residential lettings
• Enjoys working with quality homes and professional clients
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
• Is organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented

The role will involve:
• Managing enquiries and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and tenancy terms
• Guiding tenants through the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
• Coordinating paperwork, compliance, and pre-tenancy progression
• Building strong relationships with landlords and international tenants
