We have exciting opportunities for Line Leader to join our Production Team at Pilgrim's Europe - Bromborough.
Working Hours: 7:00 - 15:30 - 5 out of 6 days
Your role as a Line Leader will be to assist Area Manager's with the safe and efficient running of your production line, meeting customer quality requirements whilst delivering the production plan to budget.

Your role as a Line Leader will be to assist Area Manager's with the safe and efficient running of your production line, meeting customer quality requirements whilst delivering the production plan to budget.
Your job will include (but not limited to)
- Assist your manager to ensure 100% adherence to plan while producing product at the correct quality standards in line with customer specifications.
- Responsible for ensuring that the elements of the production line are ready for commencement of production, including calibration of the slicer, set up of de-nester including the correct product tray, seal, label, OCM
- Responsible for the collection of the relevant label cage from stores and the subsequent setting up of the line including scale and baskets reference the price sheet
- Ensuring the raw material is checked prior to use for quality in line with the product/customer specification.
- Completing necessary production paperwork, including downtime sheet, waste sheet and traceability sheet.
