We are interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience gained in private practice or in-house roles. Our clients specifically require lawyers who have worked on complex restructurings. We welcome applications from professionals at all career stages who have relevant expertise.
You will need to have experience in:
- Cross-border corporate restructurings and contingency planning
- Distressed M&A, portfolio disposals and accelerated processes
- Formal insolvency processes, enforcement and contingency execution
- Debt-for-equity swaps, amend-and-extend transactions and covenant resets
- Scheme of arrangement and restructuring plan support
- Distressed finance, security enhancement and intercreditor issues
