LLP Partnership (Senior) Tax Manager

£80-110,000 + Bonus + Package
We are supporting an established investment bank looking to hire a Tax Manager with strong LLP and partnership tax expertise to join their London team and play a pivotal role in shaping their tax strategy, governance, and compliance framework.
The Role
- Lead on all aspects of LLP and partnership tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of partnership tax returns and partner statements.
- Advise on member profit allocations, basis period rules, capital accounts, and partner tax implications.
- Partner with internal teams to provide tax support on business initiatives, restructurings, and new product or service lines.
- Liaise with external advisors and HMRC as required, managing advisory projects and tax audits.
- Review and enhance internal processes, controls, and governance relating to partnership taxation.
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the LLP structure, partner remuneration, and wider tax strategy.
- Support partner onboarding and exit processes, including tax briefings and documentation.
About You
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in partnership/LLP taxation.
- Proven experience in a Big 4, mid-tier, or in‑house tax role, ideally within financial services, asset management, legal firms, or professional partnerships.
- Strong technical knowledge of partnership tax rules, including mixed‑membership partnerships, profit allocations, and partner compliance.
- Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders, including the Partnership and Executive team.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving structures and processes.
