Load Balancing Expert - Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of KEMP virtual load balancers across multiple data centers.
- Perform discovery and analysis of existing A10 configurations, including VIPs, pools, persistence methods, and health checks.
- Implement and validate high availability (HA), active-active/passive setups, GEO, and DNS integration for seamless traffic management.
- Conduct migration, functional testing, resilience testing, and failover validation, ensuring minimal disruption to applications.
- Provide documentation, operational handover, and stakeholder sign-off, including HLD, LLD, migration and rollback plans.
Load Balancing Expert - Required Experience
- Hands-on experience with A10 Networks ADCs and KEMP LoadMaster virtual appliances.
- Strong understanding of load balancing concepts, HA architectures, GEO/GSLB, and DNS integration.
