About Us

Nestled in the friendly town of Eyemouth on the beautiful Berwickshire coast of the Scottish Borders, we provide quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population. Our practice thrives on teamwork, innovation and a commitment to a healthy work-life balance. Our list size is currently 6800.

  • Team: Collaborative, multidisciplinary and forward thinking. Three GP Partners, three salaried GPs, one PCIP ANP, two Practice Nurses, First Contact Physiotherapist, Practice employed Pharmacist with support for NHS Borders Pharmacotherapy hub and onsite Community Treatment And Care nurses/HCAs. Excellent administrative team including workflow administrator.
  • Technology: EMIS PCS and docman.
  • Environment: purpose built and recently extended building with large consulting rooms. Co-located with a full complement of NHS Borders community healthcare team members onsite.
  • Culture: Friendly, inclusive and supportive, with regular team meetings and social rest breaks.

The Role

  • Long-term locum to cover a full day on a Friday may be additional cover required.
  • 15 minute appointments as standard, generous balance of clinical and admin time.
  • BMA model contract.
  • Share of visits

  • GMC registered GP with excellent communication and clinical skills.
