Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to drive the logistics analytics journey and support strategic transformation initiatives across Pharma and Vaccines supply chains. This role will be instrumental in defining analytics strategies, consolidating and optimizing logistics KPIs and reports, supporting governance structures, and contributing to future logistics transformation programs. The successful candidate will work cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and project managers to deliver data‑driven insights and support large‑scale logistics programs.

 

Key Responsibiltites

1. Logistics Analytics Transformation (50%)

  • Define and implement an appropriate logistics analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Consolidate and optimize logistics KPIs and reports under a single analytics platform (“Control Wheel”).
  • Reduce and streamline a large reporting landscape (200+ reports) into a smaller set of consolidated, optimized, and value‑driven reports, shifting focus from descriptive/diagnostic reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including technical development teams, suppliers, business SMEs, and SPOCs, using appropriate project methodologies.
  • Develop a strong understanding of systems and data structures to influence effective analytics solutions.
  • Assess, quantify, and communicate the benefits and business value of analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure robust governance frameworks are established and maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain governance slide decks and analytics documentation.
  • Act as a key contributor to DAGC (Data, Analytics & Governance Council) quarterly governance meetings, leading analytics discussions.
  • Support S/4HANA analytics requirements and initiatives.

  • 2. Support GBO Vaccines BAU Activities

    • Support ongoing business‑as‑usual (BAU) analytics and reporting needs.
    • Manage and support analytics changes related to change of mode of transport, network adjustments, and operational changes.


    3. Future of Logistics (FOL) – Vaccines | 4PL Program (50%)

    • Support the Project Manager in delivering key milestones from the program roadmap, including implementation of 11 system interfaces.
    • Participate actively in gap assessments and business process reviews.
    • Identify, analyze, and optimize logistics business processes.
    • Collect and analyze operational data; prepare reports, insights, and recommendations.
    • Act as a key contributor during the detailed design phase.
    • Support technical discussions and clarifications during solution development.
    • Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Contribute to project reporting, testing strategy, communication plans, and project tracking.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and structured thinking to solve complex logistics and data problems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
    • Strong organization and project management skills, with experience working across multiple project phases.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (IT, operations, supply chain, analytics).
    • Good understanding of logistics, supply chain, and analytics concepts.
    • Strong interest in teamwork and stakeholder engagement

     

    Preferred Experience

    • Prior experience working with pharmaceutical or vaccine supply chains is highly desirable.
    • Experience with large‑scale analytics transformation, governance structures, or ERP‑driven analytics (e.g., S/4HANA) is an advantage.
    • Exposure to 4PL or complex logistics networks is a plus.
