Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others. We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

📅Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am (Average 42 hours per week)

Key Accountabilities
🚀 Leading and motivating your shift team to hit daily targets
🦺 Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting a strong safety culture
🤝 Supporting the Front Line Manager and stepping up when needed
⚙️ Managing day-to-day shift operations and resolving issues quickly
🔗 Building strong relationships across Despatch, VMU, and other teams
📋 Carrying out safety and performance audits
✅ Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance
📣 Communicating clearly and positively with drivers and colleagues
🚛 Using your knowledge of EU driver regulations and fleet compliance to support smooth operations
What we're looking for?
👩💼 Experience in a Coordinator/ Supervisor/ Managerial position
🚚 Experience in a fast-paced environment – ideally in transport or logistics
🗣️ A confident communicator who can lead, motivate, and engage others
🧘 Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
🔄 Comfortable with multitasking and prioritising on the go
💻 Strong IT Skills – SAP Experience Is a Bonus
