OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

FIXED TERM or SECONDMENT
We are in the fortunate position to be recruiting to a temporary position within the Occupational Therapy Department, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This will be considered as a fixed term or secondment opportunity for 11 months.
This post provides the opportunity for an innovative, enthusiastic therapist to gain experience within the respiratory and frailty pathways within the acute hospital setting.
The post will involve working closely with the Occupational Therapy team and multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams to assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions.
Opportunities for continuous personal development (CPD) are encouraged with regular supervision & in-service opportunities.
Applicants must be registered with HCPC, have a valid full UK Drivers Licence.
Applications must be fully completed. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
There may be a requirement to provide 7 day service cover to include weekends and Public Holiday to meet the service needs. There may also be the requirement to support other Occupational Therapy teams within the Acute sector.
Interviews will involve a practical element, therefore interviews will be in person only. We are unable to support any online interviews for this post.
