You’ll support deal teams, manage post‑acquisition structuring, and provide tax input across a wide range of cross‑border matters. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to expand your remit beyond core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with deal teams and advisors on M&A transactions.
- Manage post‑acquisition restructuring projects and implementation.
- Provide tax input on intercompany transactions, dividends, WHT and transfer pricing matters.
- Manage year‑end deliverables and auditor requests relating to M&A and projects.
- Support reporting and compliance teams as required.
- Monitor tax law changes and work with advisors on technical updates.
- Provide training and support to finance teams across the global group.
Professional Attributes
- ACA/CTA or equivalent
- Strong international tax experience; M&A exposure preferred.
- Confident project manager with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of deliverables.
