- Monitoring M&E works on site and reporting on conformity and quality
- Carrying out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Comply with established commercial/procurement/ contractual strategies.
- To comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
- Advising and liaising with internal project and cost control team
- Developing Commercial Strategies
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Ideally a Building Services degree
- Recognised M&E qualification
- Chartered or willing to obtain MCIBSE (or equivalent)
Experience
- Track record in a similar role or a background in FM or site engineering
- Asset surveying, identification, age/remaining life estimation
- Technical due diligence work
- Use of technology, such as tablets, in previous roles
- Use of relevant software such as Excel
