As a Microsoft 365 trainer, you will be responsible for engaging with our clients to develop and create world-class training discovery and plans, engaging content and deliver their training needs to support them with the adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
You’ll be a self-starting, adaptable, and energetic person who thrives in fast-paced environments. Highly experienced in client engagement, training discovery and planning, and creating and delivering high-impact learning content that drives adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. A natural teacher with a strong track record in training delivery and content creation, and a continuous learner who enjoys building evergreen, catalogue-ready training assets in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training delivery:
Conducts end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Power Platform training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with participant needs.
Highly experienced in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, and foundational Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), with deep expertise across Modern Work apps (Teams, Loop, SharePoint, etc.) and a comprehensive understanding of how the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem integrates to enable communication, collaboration, automation and productivity.
Utilizes various training delivery methods (e.g., virtual, in-person) to facilitate learning and can adapt to audience needs and different training structures.
Content Creation
Develops and updates training materials, presentations, and guides for M365 and Power Platform tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Chat, Microsoft AI, Agents, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
Collaborates with internal teams to tailor training content specific to client requirements, including governance considerations and responsible AI usage.
Product Knowledge And Adoption
Maintains deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and core Power Platform capabilities and regularly updates training to reflect new features, governance changes and functionalities.
Drives user adoption by demonstrating the practical applications of M365 and Power Platform tools in daily work scenarios, including low-code automation and AI-enabled workflows.
User Support And Feedback Collection
Provides post-training support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to M365 and Power Platform tools. Collects participant feedback to refine and enhance future training sessions.
Change Management
Supports Change Management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during M365, Copilot and Power Platform rollouts. Encourages the use of best practices in M365 and Power Platform adoption, including governance guardrails, responsible AI usage and data security considerations, and integrates these into training sessions.
Key Skills And Competencies
Presentation & Communication:
Proficient in delivering engaging and interactive presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Expertise
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents and M365 applications and their business applications.
Good practical understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and how it integrates within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Understanding of governance, data security, and compliance considerations within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments. Ability to demonstrate practical use cases for different client industries.
Training Needs Analysis
Ability to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning plans to address specific skill development needs across M365 and Power Platform.
User Adoption & Change Management
Proven experience in increasing user adoption through tailored training and support.
Feedback & Improvement
Proactive in gathering feedback and making continuous improvements to training content and delivery.
