We're looking for a proactive Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to help keep our world‑class manufacturing site running smoothly. In this role, you'll take ownership of transforming maintenance plans into real, executable work-optimising production downtime, coordinating resources, and ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely and effectively.
You'll also plan and manage non‑routine work, oversee contractors, and make sure jobs are clearly scoped, efficiently executed, and successfully handed back to operations.

- A technical background-either as a maintenance technician or engineer
- Confident PC skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and planning/production systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to planning and scheduling (desirable)
- An electrical background (beneficial but not essential)
- Develop and manage the maintenance schedule, ensuring production downtime is used as efficiently as possible
- Convert maintenance requests into clear, actionable work orders-setting technicians up for success
