Our onshore and offshore teams are united in their goal, to boost the UK’s energy security and drive down bills for customers. Rough, our North Sea storage facility, currently provides half of the UK’s gas storage – enough to heat 2.4 million homes over winter. But we’re not stopping there. We’ve got our sights set on transforming it into the world's largest hydrogen storage facility and creating a Net Zero connected energy hub in the Humber.
This role of
Maintenance Technician - Telecommunication forms part of the Offshore Maintenance Team within Centrica Energy Storage (CES) which is an integral part of the wider Offshore Organisation. You will be responsible for maintenance of all operational communications, surveillance, metrological and welfare entertainment systems.
Location - Hull, Offshore, Rough 47/3b
Key Accountabilities
- Enactment of the scheduled of work.
- Assistance with the development of the schedule of work.
- Ensure enactment and compliance with Discipline Specific Legislation.
- Ensure maintenance is executed in line with standards and strategies.
- Provide technical discipline input into operational risk management, including Deferral of SECE Maintenance.
