You'll be hands-on, tackling daily maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep to create a safe, pleasant environment. This role is for with the possibility of some weekend shifts. This is a Trainee role, that will work towards becoming a full Maintenance Technician aft 37 hours per week A drivers license is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain our grounds with pride mowing, planting, weeding, and more.
- Handle minor repairs, redecoration, and ensure all areas meet high safety standards.
- You dont need to be fully qualified - just practical, willing to learn and confident with tools.
- Strong DIY skills
- Experience in labouring or handyman work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently and follow steps and procedures
- A full UK driving licence is necessary
- Undertaking or willing to undertake carpentry, electronics, or plumbing qualification
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Stable, long-term career with progression
