Description
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and financial planning activities.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Supervise and support the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Profile
The successful Management Accountant / Finance Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be Qualified by Experience.
- AAT Qualified (Essential)
- Proven experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
