Description
This is a broad and hands-on Management Accountant role where no two days look the same. You'll have the space to take ownership, influence improvements, and develop your financial expertise within a dynamic operational environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful commentary
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple cost centres
- Business partnering with operations, engineering and production teams
- Analysing manufacturing variances and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies
- Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and supporting month-end processes
- Improving reporting tools, dashboards and financial processes
- Getting involved in system enhancements and continuous improvement projects
- Providing ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisions

Profile
