As part of our client service group, you will supervise and manage engagements under the direction of Partners and Directors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient immigration services to our clients. You’ll play a key leadership role in client relationship management, team development, and business growth initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Global Immigration team within EY’s People Advisory Services practice is the largest single-brand provider of immigration services worldwide. We manage a wide range of business immigration solutions for multinational clients, focusing on compliance and legal matters such as coordinating and filing work and visa applications, renewals and extensions, and advising on passport and nationality issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support junior team members through effective communication, feedback, and career development.
- Drive engagement, learning, and retention through EY’s performance and development initiatives.
You’ll have:
- Extensive business immigration experience, with strong knowledge of UK Skilled Worker visa and Global Business Mobility (GBM) category.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
- Proficient in MS Office, BIT, and visa preparation software.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing junior team members.
- Deep understanding of UK immigration regulations and policy developments, with the ability to provide practical and compliant advice.
