Overview
We are seeking our new Manager, Talent Acquistionto join the 74Software team!
The Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA is responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting efforts across the EMEA region while building strong partnerships with business leaders and guiding a regional recruiting team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring recruiting practices align with global talent acquisition strategy under the direction of the VP, Global Talent Acquisition.
This is a hybrid position and we will consider candidates in the UK (we have offices in London, Bristol and Sheffield), Paris, Dublin, or Belguim.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Delivery
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across EMEA, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent across multiple markets.
- Maintain strong market knowledge and provide insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
