Role Description
As a Managing Consultant you will have a central role in delivering our assessment consultancy services and psychometric training.
You will lead the design and execution of high-impact consultancy engagements across assessment, development, and leadership solutions. This role is responsible for delivering expert interpretation of psychometric data, facilitating client-facing feedback sessions, and shaping strategic talent initiatives.
You will also play an important role in the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging training experiences that empower clients to confidently apply Saville Assessment solutions in their roles.
The Managing Consultant is accountable for ensuring that each delivery moment - whether a debrief, workshop, training course or executive coaching session - translates into commercial impact through client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
The role also contributes to product evolution, thought leadership, and internal capability building.
