Manual Test Engineer

12-month initial contract

Based in Castle Brom (onsite)

£27.21 per hour (Inside IR35)

*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility, to work full time, and travel within, the UK*

About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Castle Brom, who are looking for a Manual Test Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

As Manual Test Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

Test cases, test plans and test strategies, for multiple SW platforms
Automation test scripts for all applications
Convert manual test prep. into automated test prep.
Develop and manage test scenarios, for all new development projects
Communicate, prioritise and track, test execution, defects and issues
Recommend corrective action, whenever required

Experience Required:

Functional testing, regression testing, UI testing and unit testing

Leadership, problem resolution and coaching

Identify system deficiencies

Regression, integration and end-to-end testing

Managing projects/processes
