What's it's really like to work here
Life in our factory is hands-on, fast-paced and highly organised. You'll learn as you go, and
be on your feet - surrounded by the electric atmosphere of the UK's largest car
manufacturing plant.
But what might surprise you is that there's also a flip side. You'll get the opportunity to
rotate around different tasks, learn new skills and become part of our outstanding
manufacturing team. We've designed our processes to be as efficient as possible.
What you'll need

- A safety-conscious attitude with the drive to learn new skills
- Although not essential, previous experience in a similar role would be great, so
when applying please provide as much detail on your employment history as
possible
- You must be 18 or over on the day of starting your employment with us and you'll
need to successfully complete all stages of our recruitment process
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and we'll need to see proof of this (this role is
not suitable for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa)
