Marketing Business Operations Manager (f/m/d) to own and optimize our marketing technology, reporting, and processes. Acting as the backbone of our marketing engine, you will drive automation, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that guide strategic decisions. This role requires a self-sufficient professional with proven expertise in MarTech ownership, analytics, and cross-functional alignment.
What your day will look like
Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Own and optimize the global MarTech stack
- Manage integrations across systems to ensure data accuracy, lead flow efficiency, and campaign scalability.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement new technologies that enhance automation, personalization, and campaign performance.
- Define and enforce standards for campaign execution (forms, landing pages, tagging, tracking, compliance).
- Leverage AI & automation tools to optimize day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign efficiency. Develop and streamline workflows, sequences, and automations to improve lead acquisition, enrichment and conversion.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and leadership to track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
