Marketing Coordinator

What you will be doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering effective marketing and communications activity that supports our commercial goals and strengthens our brand. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator, Content Team, and Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders and projects.

You will:

• Support the delivery of Intermediary (First and Second Charge) marketing plans across both direct‑to‑broker channels and distribution partners.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market planning for new and existing propositions in partnership with the wider Commercial team.
• Deliver high‑quality multi‑channel marketing activity across advertising, email, social media and content.
• Support the Senior Marketing Coordinator with email marketing delivery.
• Work with the Digital and Content Manager to keep Intermediary website content accurate and compliant.
• Support the sales team with presentations, webinars, merchandise, emails and leave‑behind materials.
• Contribute to the internal communications programme, helping deliver the agreed calendar of activity and supporting colleague‑led workstreams with effective communication.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in marketing communications, ideally within Financial Services or mortgage lending
• Strong background in writing, editing, and proofing content for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work on and manage, multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Passion for delivering outstanding communications and experiences, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Highly articulate, with honesty and integrity at the core of everything you do.
