Description

Advance HE is looking for a dynamic team player to join us in our strive to make higher education the best it can be. You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, making your mark by stimulating engagement with our audiences, generating leads and bookings for our range of services.. This is an exciting and fast paced roll, with cross-functional team working at its core.


The full-time salary for this role is £29,773 per annum. This role is full-time (35 hours) with a nominal office of York.

Job requirements:

You should have demonstratable experience of working in a marketing role with a proven track record of supporting the planning and delivery of cross-channel campaigns. You should have experience of working with marketing agencies, designers and other suppliers to deliver these. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to monitor campaign success and share this to individuals across the organisation.


Your superb communication skills will be key to your success, as well as your ability to prioritise tasks and quickly adapt plans as required. Experience working within the higher education sector is desirable but not essential.


  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in marketing.
  • Have experience in supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns with clear success measures.
  • Can demonstrate approaches to monitoring performance of campaign activity, adopting a test and learn approach.
  • Experience in the use of an email creation platform and graphic design platform.
  • Experience is using social media scheduling tools.


Job responsibilities:

As a Marketing Executive, you will enjoy working as part of a team working to a marketing plan with a 12-month horizon, supporting the delivery and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to generate engagement, leads and bookings across different audience segments. You’ll ensure the Advance HE brand and style guidelines are adhered to within your campaigns, implementing consistency across all channels.


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing of a portfolio of Advance HE products, working closely with teams across the organisation, including Communications and content developers and product owners to support the development of diverse content that drives customer engagement and action. To enable you to do this you will work with the Senior Marketing Executive to undertake continued analysis of lead and booking numbers, adapting planned marketing activity as needed.
