As Brightsmith continues to scale globally across Europe and the US, marketing is a core growth enabler. As Marketing Executive, you will execute and optimise all aspects of marketing and sales support across the business. This is a delivery-focused role with meaningful ownership. You will partner closely with the founders and consultants to ensure our brand, content and commercial materials consistently reflect the authority and credibility of a specialist energy transition search firm. You will be responsible for implementing structured marketing activity that directly supports revenue generation, brand visibility and consultant performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, momentum and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Brand & Messaging
• Maintain consistency of brand messaging across website, proposals, LinkedIn and campaign materials
• Ensure all external content reflects Brightsmith’s positioning and values
• Support ongoing refinement of sector narratives and service propositions
Content & Digital
• Execute structured LinkedIn and digital campaigns aligned to sector priorities
• Draft and publish thought leadership content, market insights and case studies
• Support SEO, AEO &GEO optimisation and website content updates
• Coordinate newsletter production and email marketing campaigns
• Assist in amplifying podcast and event content
Sales & Proposal Support
• Create pitch decks, credentials documents and tailored proposal materials
• Develop case studies and testimonials to support retained search mandates
• Equip consultants with marketing collateral to support business development
• Support CRM data accuracy and campaign tracking
Campaign Execution & Reporting
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns targeting priority markets
• Track performance metrics including engagement, lead generation and inbound enquiries
• Provide monthly reporting on marketing activity and impact
Events & Community Engagement
• Support planning and promotion of events, roundtables and industry gatherings
• Coordinate pre- and post-event communications
• Assist with partnership marketing initiatives
Internal Brand & Culture
• Support employer branding and Life at Brightsmith content• Contribute to internal communications and leadership initiatives• Reinforce Brightsmith’s values through consistent storytelling
