Overview of the role:

The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of Choice Care’s marketing strategy, helping to strengthen our brand awareness, support internal communications and promote property development, occupancy and recruitment growth.

This is a hands-on and varied role suited to a creative and organised individual who enjoys working across a variety of digital channels. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, recruitment, and senior leadership to ensure our marketing activity reflects our values, showcases the quality of our care, and supports the organisation’s objectives.

Key duties:

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and awareness initiatives aligned with company objectives and key calendar events.
  • Writing engaging copy for blogs, internal communications and case studies.
  • Provide copywriting support for bids and tenders on a regular basis.
  • Assist with the management of day-to-day social media activity, including copywriting, designing assets and scheduling posts.
  • Maintain and regularly update website content.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activity performance, providing insight and recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Support the creation of photography and video content.
  • Support with the organization of internal and external events.
  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Essential requirements:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
    • A full UK driving licence.
    • A genuine passion for working in the care sector and making a positive difference to people’s lives.
    • Experienced in using Canva with a strong eye for design, able to produce creative, engaging and brand-consistent marketing materials.
    • Confident in writing clear, compelling copy to specific word counts, tailoring tone, language and messaging effectively to suit different audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and deadline management.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with operational and senior teams.

  • Desirable requirements:

    • B2B and B2C marketing experience
    • Experience in Mailchimp and Wordpress

    Where will you work:

    This role has a hybrid working approach with four days based at home and travel into our office in Bracknell once a week.

    There will be occasional travel to Choice Care services and events across England and Wales to capture content and support with the running of internal and external events. A full UK driving licence is essential.
