We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join our team in Haydock. This role provides key coordination and administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, helping to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns, product propositions and business initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in supporting campaign planning, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring messaging and marketing materials are delivered effectively across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, coordination and organisational support to the Senior Marketing Manager and wider marketing team
  • Support the delivery of the strategic marketing and campaign plan
  • Capture campaign performance data and prepare summary reports
  • Assist in the development and rollout of product propositions by coordinating content, documentation and approvals
  • Help translate product features into clear, customer-focused messaging and supporting materials
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product messaging, sales tools and campaign content
  • Assist with go-to-market coordination for new products and services
  • Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to help refine marketing messaging
  • Provide coordination support for integrated campaigns aligned to priority products and sectors
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing activities including trade shows, customer engagements and partner initiatives
  • Support preparation of briefs, timelines and budget documentation for marketing activities
  • Work with sales teams and internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audiences and requirements
  • Coordinate suppliers, logistics and creative assets to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Assist in organising content, creative elements and channel activation requirements
  • Ensure messaging consistency across email, digital channels and sales tools
  • Support additional ad-hoc marketing tasks as required

  • What You’ll Need

    • Experience providing coordination or administrative support within a marketing environment
    • Strong organisational and workflow management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports business goals
    • Ability to support your business unit or team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver

    Desirable

    • Relevant qualification at Level 3 or above (CIM, NVQ Level 4, HND or degree)
    • Exposure to product or proposition marketing
    • Experience working with sales teams
    • Basic experience in reporting, performance tracking or campaign analysis
    • Experience using creative marketing software or content production tools
