WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Exhibitor Promotion: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to develop exhibitor marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.Onsite Marketing Support: Liaise with external suppliers, including designers, photographers, videographers, and printers, to assist with onsite marketing activities during events.Database Management: Maintain, enhance, and clean the marketing database with support from the central data team to ensure accurate and effective targeting.Administrative Support: Assist the team with raising purchase orders and handling various administrative tasks to support smooth marketing operations.Newsletter Management & Analysis: Oversee the production and distribution of the monthly newsletter to keep audiences engaged and informed.Social Media Management: Help plan, schedule, and analyse social media activity across multiple platforms to enhance audience engagement and brand awarenessData & Analytics: Monitor key marketing metrics across different channels to track campaign performance, generate insights, and optimise future strategies.
