Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Manager role based in central London. The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of nine Radisson Blu hotels, strengthening brand recognition, driving direct business, and increasing customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will directly manage a team of two Marketing Executives, leading, mentoring, and managing to ensure their performance, development, and delivery align with overall marketing objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing content for online channels, design and collateral creation, monthly reporting, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
