Role summary
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market marketing for Invida, Joblogic’s specialist CAFM and estates platform focused on complex property, university, healthcare, and enterprise environments.
This is a broad, hands-on B2B SaaS marketing role for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You will own marketing delivery for Invida across demand generation, events, webinars, content, website management, customer proof, and field marketing activity.
The role is heavily focused on generating high-value pipeline and supporting long sales cycles through intelligent, targeted marketing. This is not a high-volume lead generation role. Success comes from understanding buying committees, creating trust and credibility, and finding opportunities to influence complex enterprise deals over time.
You will work closely with the Invida sales team and resource specialist agencies to support content, paid media, design, PR, as needed, while acting as the dedicated marketing lead for Invida. Later this year, Invida will integrate with the Joblogic platform, which will be a great opportunity for joint marketing and business development.
This role would suit someone with several years’ experience in B2B marketing who enjoys building structure, creating momentum, running events, and operating with autonomy inside a growing business.
