Description

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Business Partner to support us 2–3 days per week, with one day in the office (Tuesday or Thursday). This role is ideal for someone with strong corporate marketing experience who enjoys building something from the ground up in renewable energy environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and align the marketing strategy, positioning, and key messages with business goals.
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to senior stakeholders.
Create and maintain core corporate materials, including the company deck and presentation guidelines.
Build and manage the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, Google Maps and others.
Develop and execute a LinkedIn and content strategy and post timeline aligned with the Gülermak Renewables brand.
Coordinate PR activities and industry events, working with external organisers.
Establish brand guidelines and tone of voice suitable for a B2B renewable energy business.
Manage branding of selected on-site and corporate materials (e.g. PPE branding).

What you’ll need:

7+ years of Proven experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies from scratch, ideally in a renewable energy industry.

Strong content creation experience, including corporate presentations, website content, and LinkedIn communications.

Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver multiple initiatives independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with a strong eye for detail and quality.

Experience managing digital platforms such as company websites and LinkedIn pages.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a part-time, flexible role.
