The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, to build and scale partnerships as a core marketing channel for Resi’s next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional sales or BD role. This is a marketing-led role, focused on developing an ecosystem of partners that drive high-quality homeowner demand into the Resi funnel, from early inspiration through to project completion.
You will be responsible for identifying, activating and scaling partnerships that generate measurable traffic, engagement and revenue, while embedding partner presence across the full customer journey. This includes co-branded experiences, content, integrations and referral mechanisms that feel native and valuable to the end customer.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with product, growth and brand teams to turn partnerships into a scalable, repeatable acquisition channel.
Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy and Channel Building
- Define and build Resi’s partnerships ecosystem as a scalable acquisition channel
- Identify high-value partner verticals (estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, publishers, platforms) and prioritise based on growth potential
- Develop partnership models that go beyond referrals, including co-marketing, embedded integrations and product placement across the journey
Partner Acquisition and Activation
- Identify, approach and onboard strategic partners with clear propositions and mutual value
- Design and launch pilot partnerships with clear success metrics tied to traffic, conversion and revenue
