Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Marketing Technology Lead based out of our London office.

About The Team

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Platforms Lead to support the design, optimization, and governance of Fitch's enterprise marketing ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, data, and digital optimization to strengthen our marketing technology architecture, enhance platform performance, optimize integrations, strengthen data flows, and support our AI-enabled workflow strategy across the Marketing organization.

You will represent the needs and requirements of marketing employees across Fitch, understanding marketing workflows and how marketers succeed in reaching performance and brand objectives. Taking this input, you will partner closely with Marketing Shared Services, IT , Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver solutions that enable scale, automation, and data integrity for Marketing to meet its objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, understands how marketing and technology intersect, and has experience collaborating across functional boundaries to build future-ready systems.

• Support the ongoing optimization of our core platforms (Marketo, SiteSpect, ON24, Splash, Hotjar and integrations with Salesforce).
