Join the Team
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Marketplace Growth Associate to join our London team. This is a unique role, focused on driving incremental revenue through marketplace expansion and strategic growth projects. You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketplace to initiate and own long-term strategic projects that drive significant new revenue.
This is an office-based role (4 days per week) in our central London office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Marketplace Expansion: Drive Lucky Egg’s growth in new geographies and lead additional marketplace expansion beyond Amazon & TikTok.
- Strategic Deep Dives: Research and execute "frontier" projects, e.g. how we can use AI as a revenue driver. The type of projects that gives us a lasting competitive advantage.
- Growth Tooling: Explore and test new tools and services that can help us drive incremental revenue.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Target-Driven: You are commercially minded and comfortable being measured against a revenue growth target.
- Think Big and Move Fast: You look 6–12 months ahead and can identify the "next big thing" for marketplace growth. You don’t need prompting to identify new ideas. And you find the quickest ways to test your ideas.
- Genuine interest in the future of the industry:
Desirable:
- Experience going from 0-1 on non-Amazon marketplaces.
- eCommerce experience
- Identified and executed on a revenue-driving growth project.
