We are partnering with a globally recognised entertainment organisation to find an experienced Senior Media Systems Engineer to support their creative and technical operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class Engineering team responsible for ensuring everything from screening rooms to post-production suites operates seamlessly and to the highest technical standards.
This is initially a 12 month contract with scope to extend. The position will be predominantly London based but will require regular travel to sites within the EMEA region.
As a key regional contact, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimising complex media environments across creative facilities worldwide. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to keep projects running smoothly.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across complex audio, video, and networked media systems
Support post-production workflows and content delivery pipelines to ensure uninterrupted project flow
Provide both on-site and remote technical support as the primary regional engineering contact
Collaborate with global teams to maintain standards, document processes, and drive continuous improvements
Manage hardware vendor relationships, including equipment life cycle planning and service agreements
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
5+ years' experience supporting media infrastructure in post-production, studio, or creative environments
Strong troubleshooting expertise across audio, video, and networking systems
Experience working with DCP, Dolby Atmos, SMPTE standards, and IP-based media protocols such as Dante or AES67
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams
A calm, professional approach with strong customer service skills and sound judgement in high-pressure environments
