- RSA II Word Processing or equivalent
- RSA II Audio Typing or equivalent
- Good standard of Education including GCSE English & Maths

- Shorthand Skills
- European Computer Driving License

- Minute Taking Experience

- Medical Secretarial experience of working within a complex office environment preferably within the NHS/ Local Authority
- Experience in using RIO (Electronic Records System) and other NHS Software
