An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Professional Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or OT to join the Adult Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team based at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit.

The Adult Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team provide a service for adults aged 18 and over who, without this service, would require hospital admission to an acute mental health ward, due to mental health crisis which impacts on the persons ability to cope with day-to-day activities.

We work collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers, OTs and other professionals to provide collective support and knowledge. We understand that you have a life outside of work and therefore offer a range of agile and flexible working opportunities.
