MEP Manager – Residential RC Frame Development
South West London
£60,000 – £70,000 DOE + travel allowance + bonus + healthcare + 25 days holiday
An award-winning, highly regarded residential developer is looking to appoint an MEP Manager to join the team on a mid to high-rise RC frame development in the South West London region.

The role
You will take full responsibility for the coordination, management and delivery of all mechanical, electrical and public health packages across a complex multi-phase RC frame development.
Working closely with the Project Director, Construction Managers, design and commercial teams, you will ensure services are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities
• Overseeing all MEP elements across mid to high-rise RC frame residential blocks
• Managing and coordinating M&E subcontractors through installation, commissioning and handover
• Reviewing and interrogating design information to ensure buildability and compliance
• Driving programme performance and resolving technical and coordination issues
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet company and statutory standards
• Managing inspections, testing, commissioning and sign-off processes
• Supporting cost control, variations and commercial reporting alongside the commercial team
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
The candidate
The successful candidate must have a proven track record delivering MEP packages on large-scale, high-volume residential developments, ideally within a developer or main contractor environment.
You will demonstrate:
• Strong experience on mid to high-rise RC frame residential schemes
• Excellent technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
• Experience managing multiple blocks or phases simultaneously
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to programme and technical challenges
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work within a senior site team
