The role
We are looking for an Engineer who thinks in systems and outcomes, not just code. As AI-assisted development becomes core to how we build, the most valuable engineers are those who deeply understand the problem they are solving and can direct powerful tools to solve it well. You will sit at the intersection of product and engineering: shaping what we build, understanding how the pieces fit together, and using modern AI tooling to ship high-quality work quickly. We care more about whether you understand what needs solving and can verify it's been solved well, rather than about years spent writing code by hand.
This is not a role for someone who only wants tightly scoped tickets. It is for someone who wants to understand the "why", challenge assumptions, and take ownership of outcomes.
