The Modern Workplace Consultant is a delivery-focused role, primarily engaged in Microsoft 365 professional services engagements, including tenant configuration, migrations, security baseline uplift, and end-user enablement. The role is customer-facing and works closely with senior consultants and architects to deliver high-quality, supportable solutions aligned to agreed standards.

The role is customer-facing and works closely with senior consultants and architects to deliver high-quality, supportable solutions aligned to agreed standards.
What You Will Do
- Deliver Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace professional services engagements under defined scopes, timelines, and technical designs.
- Implement and configure Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Support tenant onboarding, migrations, and configuration uplift projects using agreed runbooks and reference architectures.
- Implement device management, compliance, and security baseline policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Contribute to automation and standardisation efforts using PowerShell and deployment frameworks.
- Produce clear, structured technical documentation to support service handover and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Principal Consultants and Architects during design workshops and technical reviews.
- Assist with technical escalations when requested, providing subject-matter input.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consultancy, managed service, or enterprise IT environments.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
