A fast-growing social-first agency is looking for a Mid-weight Motion Designer to create engaging social content across video, motion graphics and design. You'll work on both paid and organic campaigns for a range of purpose-led brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content across video, motion graphics and static design for social campaigns.
- Edit and produce short-form video content optimised for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop motion graphics and visual assets that support brand campaigns and storytelling.
- Stay up to date with emerging social trends and apply these insights to creative output.
- Work collaboratively with strategy, influencer and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a social media agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing and social-first creative work.
- Advanced skills in video editing and motion tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Solid design skills using Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of social platforms and what drives engagement and performance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced setting.
Salary & Benefits
- £35-45k depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus scheme (up to 10%)
