Multiskilled Engineer (Days)

Location: Enniskillen

Hours: 6am-6pm

Week 1: Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun (60hrs)

Week 2: Wed / Thurs (24hrs)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Engineer to keep our production lines running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and making a real impact on factory performance, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and get equipment back up and running.
  • Carry out proactive/reactive maintenance to hit performance and OEE targets.
  • Use our PPM system (SAP) to log work and keep maintenance plans on track.
  • Ensure machinery runs safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • Work with Engineering Leaders and contractors on complex repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain clear documentation and deliver effective handovers.
  • Support training on machine operation and champion Health & Safety.
  • Get involved in Continuous Improvement and environmental initiatives.

Essential

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Time‑served apprenticeship + 6 months post‑apprenticeship experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise safely.

Desirable

  • Manufacturing or food industry experience.
  • PLC or welding experience.
  • Lean knowledge and SAP PM skills.
  • 17th/18th Edition (or equivalent).
