To participate in the provision of an Estates service primarily undertaking building fabric repairs, planned maintenance, small works and minor improvements.
It will be anticipated that some mechanical / electrical duties will be undertaken as training and experience is gained. Participation in the Trust's Estates tradesman on-call Rota to cover multiple sites is also required. A valid UK driving license is therefore essential.
Working in the Estates team is practical, fast-paced, and service-focused with your day is a mix of planned jobs(PPM/small works) and reactive call-outs to keep buildings safe and operational, often across multiple sites.
