National Account Manager - B2B (Horeca/Workplace etc) - Housewares/Electricals

Location: Field/Remote (with monthly visits to London HQ & UK distribution centre)

Reports to: Head of UK Sales

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-impact, strategic new business focussed National Account Manager to drive expansion into the non-retail channels for example Hotels, Restaurants, Leisure, Workplace etc. This is a pivotal role within an ambitious UK growth strategy, targeting significant expansion across untapped B2B channels.

This position is suited to a commercially driven individual who thrives on building new business, influencing at a senior level, and unlocking opportunities across sectors such as hospitality, property development, and large-scale commercial environments.


The Role

You will take ownership of developing and executing a non-retail growth strategy, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop the Channel: Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline, targeting key resellers and national/global accounts
  • Strategic Selling: Lead high-level negotiations on product placement and commercial strategy
  • Partnership Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across emerging and underrepresented sectors
  • Brand Representation: Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Commercial Management: Deliver accurate forecasting, monitor market trends, and manage budgets to ensure profitability

  • About You

    We’re looking for a high-performing individual with experience in commercial sales or business development, ideally within hospitality, HORECA, or a related sector.

    You will bring:

    • Proven sales success in B2B or commercial environments
    • A strong network and ability to generate new business through outreach and relationships
    • A self-starter mindset with the drive to build something from the ground up
    • Strong analytical and commercial awareness
    • A professional presence and ability to represent a premium brand


    Requirements

    • UK-based with a full, clean driving licence
    • Valid right to work in the UK
    • Willingness to travel regularly, including monthly visits to London and the UK distribution centre
