Bostik UK is looking for an outstanding National Sales Manager – Construction to lead our field‑based team, drive commercial performance, and deliver sustainable growth across the UK.
Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director – Construction, you will take full ownership of the Construction division’s sales, margin and cost performance. You’ll lead a team of Area Sales Managers and a Key Account Manager, focusing on coaching, development, and high‑impact customer engagement.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll spend significant time in the field, supporting the team, strengthening relationships with key customers, and ensuring we win—consistently and profitably.
